What is my Shipping Policy?

CURRENT SHIPPING TIME: 1-2 WEEKS

Once an order has been shipped with tracking, it is up to the customer to follow up with Canada Post, USPS or local shipping agents about the whereabouts of the package.

We cannot be held responsible for the delivery of packages that have been sent and marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please follow up with your local post office.
What is my Return Policy?
