What is the Naomi Love Designs Return Policy?

We strive to deliver the best quality products to you in a timely manner. When mistakes happen, please contact us via email and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

We do not currently offer returns, exchanges or cancellations for our products as each item is made to order.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times – Delivery is fulfilled by our local postal service and we can only provide you with an estimated delivery date which is a good indication of when you should expect your order, but not a guarantee.
  • If a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for such errors, we will do our best to mitigate if the error is caught before shipping, but once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for the status.
  • If a delivery is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully, we are not responsible for these and do not offer refunds or compensation for these issues.
  • Delays or damages in transit are not our responsibility and we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for such instances as they are the responsibility of the postal service.

We will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered. We are not responsible for items lost in transit for untracked packages that have been shipped. We recommend that customers purchase tracked shipping options to provide the most up-to-date information on their packages.

Group Sales or Special Promotions

Processing time for group sales or special promotions are 3-4 weeks. No cancellations and/or refunds will be offered during the group sales or special promotions. If an order is placed without a discount code a refund and/or adjustment of the difference will not be offered during any special promotions. Combining orders will not be permitted during any special promotions or group sales. Offering these services slows down production and can cause errors. All freebies during special promotions are before shipping, after discount.
